Royal Falooda


  1. vanilla ice cream - 2 large scoops
  2. Basil seeds also called sabja or tukmaria - 1 tbsp
  3. Roohafsa - 1 tsp
  4. semia payasam or soaked rice noodles - 2 tbsp
  5. prepared jello - 2 tbsp
  6. cutup fresh fruits,dry fruits and nuts - 3 tbsp
  7. Milk - 2 tbsp

Soak the Tukmaria seeds in 1/2 cup water and drain after 30 minutes.
Mix roohafsa mix with milk and add to the bottom of the serving glass
Add the Semia kheer.
Add a small scoop of ice-cream.
Add the Tukmaria seeds
Add Fruits
Add Jello
Top off with ice cream
Drizzle few drops of Roohafsa on top and garnish with a grape or cherry.
Serve immediately

NOTE : You can prepare all ingredients in advance and keep it refrigerated until ready to serve.
