Ingredients:
- Pancake mix - 2 cups (Use a mix that says just add water)
- Water OR Milk - enough to make a tight dough
- Oil - to deep fry
Add Water/Milk to the pancake mix and combine to form a smooth dough.
Knead it for five minutes and form into a ball and smear with oil and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan to medium high.
Form lime sized balls out of the dough and roll into 1/4 inch thick circles( like for poori)
Deep fry in hot oil and drain on paper towel.
Serve with chickpeas curry or any meat or vegetable stew.
