Chicken Pakoda / Pakora



Ingredients:
  1. Chicken thighs - 5 (cut into bite sized pieces without bones)
  2. Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
  3. All purpose flour - 2 tbsp
  4. Spring onions - 2 stalks chopped fine
  5. ginger/garlic paste - 1 tsp
  6. Chilly paste/Chilly powder/sambal olek - 1 tsp (more if you prefer spicy) I used sambal olek
  7. Soy sauce - 2 tsp
  8. vinegar - 1 tsp
  9. turmeric powder - 1 pinch
  10. Oil - to deep fry
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together( don't add water) except the oil and keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces until cooked and slightly brown.
