Ingredients :
- Mango pulp - 32 oz can
- Cream cheese - 8 oz
- Cool whip OR Sour cream - 8 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Hot Milk - 1 cup
- Knox unflavored Gelatin - 3 envelopes
Dissolve the gelatin in one cup of hot milk.If it forms lumps strain the mixture. Add all of the ingredients into a food processor and process until blended. Pour it into trays and cool until set(approximately 4 hours).
I so envy you for all the ingredients that you get there!! It was just yesterday that pretty chechy was telling me about this pudding!!! Yummy!

1 envelope of unflavored gelatin = 1 tbsp or 3 tsp.For this recipe you can use 3 TBSP or 9 TSP.

ReplyDeleteI'm planning to make this pudding for a party next week...if i make it according to the given quantity would it feed a crowd of 7? does the cream need to be whipped b4 putting it in the processor? waiting 4 ur reply...
ReplyDeleteHi Darshana - You should be able to get at least 14 (medium) servings with this quantity.You dont have to whip the cream before adding it to the food processor. Enjoy the party.

ReplyDeleteThe best substitute is strained curd/yogurt . Strain full fat non sour yogurt through a cheese cloth and allow the whey to separate overnight . You can use the thick cream instead of cream cheese
