- 2 cups Shrimp - cleaned and deveined chopped into small pieces or process in food processor for 15 seconds.
- 1 onion - chopped fine
- 5 cloves of garlic - chopped fine
- tiny piece of ginger - chopped fine
- 2 green chillies - chopped fine
- 2 tbsp - soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp - baking powder
- 1/4th cup - besan flour
- 1/4'th cup - all purpose flour
- 1/4'th cup - cornflour
- 1 - egg white
- 1/2 tsp - chilly powder
- 1 stalk - spring onion chopped
- 1 tsp - chopped cilantro
- Oil - to deep fry
Make a thick batter of all the ingredients except oil .Add a little water as needed.
Add salt to taste.
Heat oil in a frying pan .
Deep fry spoon fulls of the shrimp batter until golden brown.
