Shrimp Pakora / Chemeen vada



Ingredients :
  1. 2 cups Shrimp - cleaned and deveined chopped into small pieces or process in food processor for 15 seconds.
  2. 1 onion - chopped fine
  3. 5 cloves of garlic - chopped fine
  4. tiny piece of ginger - chopped fine
  5. 2 green chillies - chopped fine
  6. 2 tbsp - soy sauce
  7. 1/2 tsp - baking powder
  8. 1/4th cup - besan flour
  9. 1/4'th cup - all purpose flour
  10. 1/4'th cup - cornflour
  11. 1 - egg white
  12. 1/2 tsp - chilly powder
  13. 1 stalk - spring onion chopped
  14. 1 tsp - chopped cilantro
  15. Oil - to deep fry

Method:
Make a thick batter of all the ingredients except oil .Add a little water as needed.
Add salt to taste.
Heat oil in a frying pan .
Deep fry spoon fulls of the shrimp batter until golden brown.
