- Bread - 4 slices
- Canned Tuna in water - 6oz can(you can substitute with cooked flaked fish)
- Celery - 1 stalk
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp
- cracked pepper - to taste
- a squeeze of lemon/lime juice
- Lettuce, tomato,onion,cucumber - for the sandwich
To make the Tuna salad:
Drain the water from the canned fish and add chopped celery, mayonnaise,cracked pepper and lime/lemon juice to it and mix well.
Assemble the sandwich with desired fillings .
