- 1 whole chicken cut into small pieces
- Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- coriander powder - 1 tsp
- turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar - 3 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Ginger paste - 1 tsp
- Onion - 2 sliced into thick pieces
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Oil - 5 tbsp
Mix together all ingredients other than the Onions and add it to a pan and stir fry without the lid for few minutes.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes .Remove the lid and keep on high flame until all the gravy is gone.
Add the sliced onions and stir fry until the whole mixture is fried and brown(This might take up to 15 or 20 minutes)
