Scrambled Egg

One of the quickest and easiest dish that you can make and have it as Breakfast, lunch or dinner with rice,chappathi or toast.


  1. Eggs - 3
  2. Tomato - 1
  3. Shallots - 2 or 3
  4. green chillies - 4
  5. curry leaves - few
  6. oil - 2 tsp
  7. vegetables like bell pepper,shredded carrots,spinach,mushroom - optional

Saute the Saute the tomatoes,onions,green chillies and curry leaves in a hot pan with oil and salt until the water content is gone.
Break in the eggs and scramble and cook until done.

You can add different vegetables and cheese to this for variation.
