- Beet Tops - 1 bunch(chop the stems and leaves into small pieces)
- Grated coconut - 1/4'th cup
- Green chillies - 2 cut into rings
- Garlic - 1 clove chopped
- Onion - 1/2 chopped
- Oil and mustard seeds
In a wide nonstick pan heat oil and splutter the mustard seeds.
Add in the chopped onions,garlic and green chillies and saute .
Add in the chopped beet leaves and stem and raise the heat to high and stir fry until most of the water that comes out of the leaves dries up.
Add in the grated coconut,salt to taste and stir fry for few minutes until the mixture is dry.
