Ingredients:
- Cabbage - 2 cups slices thin
- Carrot - 1 cup grated , about 2 medium carrots
- green chillies - 5 chopped
- curry leaves - 1 stalk
- mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1 tbsp
- shallots - 4 sliced
- grated coconut - 1 cup
- turmeric powder - 2 pinches
- salt - to taste.
Method:
Heat oil in a frying pan and splutter the mustard seeds.
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Cover and cook until the vegetables are cooked but still retain a crunch - 5 to 8 minutes.
Serve with rice.
