- Pineapple - 2 cups chopped
- Onion - 1 medium size chopped
- Green chillies - 2 chopped fine
- Red bell pepper - 1 tbsp chopped (optional)
- Cilantro - 2 tsp chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Lime juice - 1 squeeze
Mix all ingredients together and serve as part of a salad or as salsa with chips, in a burrito or just eat it as a snack.
