Aloo Gobhi


















Ingredients:
  1. Cauliflower - 2 cups cut into florets
  2. Potatoes -2 diced in same size as cauliflower florets
  3. Onion - 1 chopped
  4. Ginger,Garlic paste - 1 Tsp.
  5. Tumeric powder - 1/2 Tsp.
  6. Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
  7. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  8. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  9. Green chilly - 2 slit
  10. Cilantro - 2 tbsp chopped
  11. vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  12. Oil - 3 tbsp
Method :
Heat Oil in a Pan , add Onions & fry till translucent.
Add ginger/garlic Paste and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Lower the flame and add in the chilly,coriander and turmeric powder and saute for a minute
Add in the cumin powder and green chilly and saute for a minute
add in the cauliflower and potato and salt to taste.
Pour 5 tbsp of water and vinegar and cover and cook until the potatoes and cauliflower is 3/4 cooked.
Remove the lid and stir fry on medium high flame until the mixture is dry and starts getting fried.(Stir carefully as not to break up the vegetable pieces)
Garnich with corriander leaves. Serve with Bread , Roti or rice.
