It is perfect recipe when cooking for one.
- Chicken Breast - 1
- Tandoori masala - 1 tsp
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Asparagus - few
- oil - 1 tsp
Make cuts on the chicken breast and apply the tandoori masala mixed with curd and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat a non stick pan and add 1 tsp of Oil .
Add the chicken breast and cook on high heat for 2 minutes without stirring.
Lower the flame and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Turn the chicken over and cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
Open the lid and cook on high flame for another minute until the chicken browns slightly.
Add the asparagus,2 tbsp of water and salt to taste in a pan with lid cover and cook for 2 minutes.
