Grilled Chicken with Asparagus

When you are not in a mood to do a whole lot of cooking and want to have something quick and tasty .This is a perfect dish .It takes very little time and doesn't involve cutting ,grinding etc.
It is perfect recipe when cooking for one.
  1. Chicken Breast - 1
  2. Tandoori masala - 1 tsp
  3. Curd - 2 tbsp
  4. Asparagus - few
  5. oil - 1 tsp
Make cuts on the chicken breast and apply the tandoori masala mixed with curd and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat a non stick pan and add 1 tsp of Oil .
Add the chicken breast and cook on high heat for 2 minutes without stirring.
Lower the flame and cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Turn the chicken over and cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
Open the lid and cook on high flame for another minute until the chicken browns slightly.
Add the asparagus,2 tbsp of water and salt to taste in a pan with lid cover and cook for 2 minutes.
