Chicken and Vegetable Kabob



Ingredients:
  1. Boneless ,skinless chicken thighs - 4 cut into cubes
  2. Red bell pepper - 1 diced
  3. Green bell pepper - 1 diced
  4. Onion - 1 diced
  5. Mushroom - 10 cut in 2
  6. Curd - 1/2 cup
  7. Tandoori masala - 2 tsp

Method:
Marinate the chicken overnight in the curd and tandoori masala paste.
Thread vegetable and meat on to bamboo skewers .
Grill or broil until cooked.
