Beetroot pachadi

  1. 3 medium Beetroots - peeled and grated .
  2. 8/10 Green chillies - cut into rings.
  3. 1 medium Onion - chopped fine.
  4. Sour curd - 2 cups.
  5. salt - to taste.
  6. Oil,mustard seeds and curry leaves for tempering.


Heat oil and add the mustard seeds and when it splutters add the curry leaves ,chopped greenchillies and onion and saute for a minute .

Add the grated beetroot and mix add salt and cover and cook.
Turn the flame off and when the mixture cools a bit add in the curd and mix well ,add salt to taste.
