- carrots - 5 (peeled and grated)
- tomatoes - 2 (chopped -optional)
- Curd - 3 cups
- Green chillies - 7 cut into rings
- Onion - 1/2 of 1 chopped
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- dry red chilly - 2 broken
- curry leaves - 2 springs
- salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp.
Heat oil and splutter the mustard seeds.
Add in the chopped onion, green chilies and curry leaves and saute for 2 minutes.
Add in the grated carrots and chopped tomatoes and stirfry for another 5 minutes or until it is cooked.
Turn the flame off and let it cool down a bit.
Add in the beaten curd and mix well.Add more salt if required.
