Tandoori Fish




Ingredients :

Shan Tandoori masala - 4 tbsp
Fish - 2 lbs skinned and cut into big pieces(I used mahi mahi)
sour curd - to make a paste with tandoori malasa.

Method :
Apply the masala to the fish pieces and marinate it for few hours in the refrigerator.
Saute,Grill or broil until done.
