Pineapple Juice


Ingredients :
  1. Ripe Pineapple - 1/2 of a pineapple skinned and cubed
  2. Sugar - to taste (if the pineapple is sweet you can avoid sugar)
  3. Ice cubes - crushed 1 cup

Method :
Blend the pineapple in a blender or food processor and strain the juice (don't use a very fine sieve).
If you are using sugar add the sugar while blending.
Add crushed ice and serve cold.

TIP : Dip the mouth of the serving glass in water or lime juice and then in sugar or salt as you prefer. It looks fancy and adds a surprise element when you taste the juice.
