Grilled Vegetable
Ingredients:
vegetables - zucchini, Bell pepper ,tomatoes, leeks,onions, mushroom, egg plant ,pine apple etc
Korean BBQ sauce + Sirracha hot sauce
OR
Balsamic vinegar + Soy sauce + Ginger garlic paste + crushed red pepper flakes
Method:
Marinate the vegetables in the mixture for 1 or 2 hours.
Thread on to skewers and grill or broil until cooked.
