Ingredients:
- Beef - 1 lb cut into thin pieces
- Soy sauce - 2 tsp
- Honey - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp cracked
- Oil - 1 tsp
- ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together and marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
Thread the meat on to bamboo skewers and grill or broil until cooked.
Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
