Ingredients:
- Ripe tomatoes - 4 chopped
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Green chillies - 8 cut into rings
- Dry red chillies - 2 broken into pieces
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Yogurt/curd - 2 cups
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tsp
Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
When it splutters add the dry red chillies and fry .
Add onion,green chillies and curry leaves and saute.
Add the chopped tomato pieces and saute until cooked .
Turn the flame off and add in the beaten yogurt and mix well.Add salt to taste.
TIP : Avoid boiling after curd is added .The curd will split/separate.
