This is a salad that is usually served with Biriyani in the Malabar region. Thinly sliced onion is mixed with sour curd , green chillies and salt. Sometimes tomatoes are also added.
Ingredients:
Red onion - 1 sliced thin
Green chillies - 2 cut into rings
Tomato - 1 sliced thin
Curd - 1 cup
Salt - to taste.
Method: Mix all the ingredients and keep aside for 30 minutes for flavors to blend.
