Ingredients:
- 1 medium Raw papaya - skinned and cut into small cubes or grated.
- Green Chillies - 5
- garlic - 2 cloves chopped
- onion - 1 chopped.
- turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste .
- Oil - 2 tsps
- mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- grated coconut - 3/4th cup
- curry leaves - 1 spring
Method :
Heat oil add mustard seeds ,when it splutters add the curry leaves,chilly,garlic and green chilly and saute.
Add turmeric powder and papaya pieces cover and cook until 3/4'th done.
Add grated coconut and cook until done.
