Grilled Mahi Mahi




Ingredients :

  1. boneless,skinless fillet of fish
  2. Salt
  3. pepper
  4. red chilly flakes
  5. lemon juice

Method:
Marinate the fish fillet with all the ingredients for 30 minutes. Heat a non stick pan with a spray of oil and saute the fish in it until cooked.You can use BBQ sause , Teriaki sauce , hot suace etc for a different flavour.
