Manga Pachadi
Ingredients :
Raw mango peeled and grated - 1 big mango.
Onion -chopped fine - 1 small.
Green chillies - cut into rings -8 .
Ginger chopped fine - 1/4'th tsp.
Thick Coconut milk - 1.5 cups
Method:
Cook all of the ingredients except coconut milk with 1/4'th cup of water until mango is cooked. Pour in 1.5 cups of thick Coconut milk and warm it.
Turn the flame off.
Do a tadka with Oil , mustard seeds , sliced shallots, Curry leaves and dry red chilly and pour over the curry.
Serve with Rice .
