- Cabbage - 1 small sliced thin
- Green beans - 1 bunch cut thin
- Carrots - 3 cut into thin matchstick size
- Green chillies - 8 cut into rings
- Shallots - 5 sliced
- cury leaves - 1 spring
- grated coconut - 1 cup
- Oil - 1 tsp
- mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds .
When it splutters add the cabbage , beans and carrot mixture and stir in the open pan for 2 minutes.
Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the vegetable mixture is cooked and dry.
