Ingredients :
- Dry red chilllies - 1 cup
- Coriander seeds - 1.5 cup
- Channa dal - 2 tbsp
- Toor Dal - 2 tbsp
- Urad dal- 2 tbsp
- Pepper Corns - 1 tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp
- Hing - 2 tbsp
- cumin - 1 tsp
Method :
Dry roast the chilly and corriander seeds separately in a pan until it turns fragrant but does not change color.
dry roast all the dals aslo until toasted and add the remaining ingredients about 30 seconds before turning off the flame .
allow the ingredients to cool completely by spreading on a plate .
Grind to a smooth powder and cool completely before storing in airtight containers .
