Meen Mutta thoran / Palanjeen Thoran














Ingredients :
  1. Fish roe - 250 gms 
  2. grated coconut -  1/4 cup
  3. Shallots chopped - 8
  4. Green chilly chopped - 3
  5. Ginger chopped - 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. crushed black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  8. Curry leaves - 1 spring
  9. Coconut Oil - 2 tbsp
  10. Salt - to taste
Method:
Heat oil in a nonstick pan and add the chopped shallots,ginger,curry leaves and saute until the shallots are soft .
Add turmeric powder and fish roe and fry ,mashing with the spoon , add salt to taste and cook for 3 minutes.
Add crushed pepper and grated coconut and ix well ans stir fry for another 2 minutes.
Serve with rice.
