Cabbage-Carrot-Beans Thoran

















Ingredients:

  1. Cabbage - 1 small sliced thin
  2. Green beans - 1 bunch cut thin
  3. Carrots - 3 cut into thin matchstick size
  4. Green chillies - 8 cut into rings
  5. Shallots - 5 sliced
  6. cury leaves - 1 spring
  7. grated coconut - 1 cup
  8. Oil - 1 tsp
  9. mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp

Method:

Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds .
When it splutters add the cabbage , beans and carrot mixture and stir in the open pan for 2 minutes.
Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the vegetable mixture is cooked and dry.
