A very easy and quick Chicken fry that can be had as a snack or with rice.
Ingredients:
Mix all the ingredients except the oil and keep for 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
Cook the marinated chicken in 1/4'th cup of water for 15 minutes in a covered pan.
If there is water left ,keep the pan open and let the water evaporate.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces until browned.
Ingredients:
- Chicken Thighs or Drumsticks - 6 (remove the skin and make gashes)
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Vinegar or Lime juice - tsp
- Pepper crushed or powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 5 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring ( optional)
