ReplyDeleteI have a few Tofu recipes that are very easy and taste good . I will post those soon . I also started cooking with tofu only recently , my family is strictly non vegetarian :) To get them to eat veggies I try out new stuff.Since Tofu is pretty bland it really soaks up any flavours that you use.
ReplyDeleteTofu my all tie favorite priya, looks very tempting..kandittu vayil vellam varunnu..
ReplyDeletelovely work Priya.now i´ll have to dig out veggie recipies.lemme try this one..any substitute for snow peas,i dont think i get it in porto.
ReplyDeleteHey Pali , I added Snowpeas just because I had some in the fridge. You can leave it out or add something else instead ,it really doesnt change the taste, maybe just the appearence - you could use green bell pepper instead.
