Sharjah Shake

During my days in cochin I had the opportunity to frequent a fast food joint that belonged to a family member . I would go to the place after work to get away from hostel food as well as to offer my services :) .It is from that kitchen that I got this recipe for Sharjah Shake.

I am not fond of regular banana milk shake but Sharjah shake is an exception.
Ingredients:
  1. Ripe baby banana - 1 (poovan pazham or Njali poovan)
  2. Milk - 1 cup (use semi frozen milk for best results)
  3. Sugar - 1 tsp
  4. Bournvita/Boost/Horlicks/malt powder - 1 tsp
  5. Vanilla ice cream - 1 small scoop(optional)
Method:
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle some bournvita on top and serve immediately.
