Watermelon Juice

Beat the summer heat with fresh juices. Easy to make , healthy and delicious.

Ingredients:
  1. Watermelon skinned and cubed - 5 cups
  2. Watermelon pieces - 1 cup (form balls with a tiny ice cream scoop or chop into small pieces)
  3. Sugar - 5 tsp
  4. crushed ice - 1 cup
  5. Fresh lime juice - 1 squeeze(optional)
  6. Mint leaves - for garnish (optional)
Method:
Blend the watermelon and sugar together.
Strain the juice out.
Add the crushed ice and the watermelon pieces stir well and serve cold.
If you like lime flavour - add a tiny squeeze of lime juice just before serving.
If you like the taste of fresh mint you could add a few mint leaves in the mix.
