Ingredients:
- Red bell peppers - 2
- Onion chopped - 1
- tomatoes chopped - 1
- green chillies chopped - 2
- Spring onion chopped - 1 stalk
- Soy sauce - 4 tsp
- Oil - to spray the baking pan
Cut the Bell peppers lengthwise into 2 and remove the seeds and veins.
mix together the chopped onion,tomatoes,green chillies and spring onion.
Divide the mixture and stuff the bell pepper halves.
Pour in 1 tsp of soy sauce into each half.
Spray a baking sheet with oil and bake the peppers on 350 for 30 minutes or until cooked .
Serve with tandoori chicken,grilled chicken , fish etc.You can also stuff the peppers with meat seafood etc and make it a meal.
