Greens Thoran


I am not sure what the name of this plant is , one of my Bangladeshi friends grew it at home and gave me a bunch and I cooked it just like we do our regular Thoran.

Ingredients:
  1. Greens - 1 bunch
  2. Grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  3. Garlic - 1 clove
  4. shallots - 3 chopped
  5. green chillies - 2 chopped
  6. mustard seeds - 1/4'th tsp
  7. Oil - 1 tsp
  8. curry leaves - 1 spring
  9. salt - to taste
Method:
Heat the oil and add mustard seeds.
When it splutters add in the chopped garlic,green chillies ,curry leaves and onions and saute for 2 minutes.
Add in the chopped greens and stir fry until water is evaporated.
Add salt and coconut and stir fry again until cooked and dry.
