Ingredients:
- Boneless ,skinless chicken thighs - 4 cut into cubes
- Red bell pepper - 1 diced
- Green bell pepper - 1 diced
- Onion - 1 diced
- Mushroom - 10 cut in 2
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Tandoori masala - 2 tsp
Method:
Marinate the chicken overnight in the curd and tandoori masala paste.
Thread vegetable and meat on to bamboo skewers .
Grill or broil until cooked.
