Beef Satay


Ingredients:
  1. Beef - 1 lb cut into thin pieces
  2. Soy sauce - 2 tsp
  3. Honey - 1/2 tsp
  4. pepper - 1/2 tsp cracked
  5. Oil - 1 tsp
  6. ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together and marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
Thread the meat on to bamboo skewers and grill or broil until cooked.
Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
