Ingredients:
- Green beans : 2lb
- Onion - 1 chopped
- Green chillies - 6/7 slit
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Garlic- 2 cloves chopped
- Mustard seeds - 1/4th tsp
- sliced coconut pieces - 3 tbsp(optional)
- Oil - 2 tsp.
Method:
Clean and cut the beans into 1/2 inch pieces.
Sprinkle some water and add salt to taste , coconut pieces and beans and cover and cook in steam until 3/4th done.
Heat oil in a pan and add in the mustard seeds .When it splutters add in the green chillies,onions and garlic and saute until light brown.
Add in the cooked beans and stir fry for few minutes.
